Private House, Grade II Listed Georgian Manor House and Grounds

 
 

This private residence is Grade II listed, and comprises of the main House, which was a former Rectory, a flanking Coach House and adjacent Annexe. It sits within a large acreage of land, and the entire site lies within a designated greenbelt area.

The Practice procured a succession of works to bring the condition of the House and grounds up to a high standard of period design and contemporary finish quality.

Undertaken with a sensitive approach to conservation, the works included remedial structural works, restoration of existing building fabric, replacement services, interior remodelling and finishing, and extensive hard and soft landscaping.

The challenges of dealing with a listed building and Greenbelt area guidelines have allowed the Practice to deliver a successful family home, through the fusion and complimentary marriage of a Georgian history with fashionable styles of modern family living.

 
     
     
   
 

The Practice has been commissioned by private clients and home owners, to work on a number of home extensions and remodelling works. Other recent commissions include;
